Saif’s educational journey is a testament to his diverse interests and dedication. He holds a degree in Biology and Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Masters in bodybuilding & nutrition International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB Academy) Complementing these are his qualifications in fitness and nutrition, acquired from esteemed organizations like YMCA.

For over a decade, Saif has been a guiding force in the fitness industry, not just as a professional but also through his personal transformation journey. He understands the challenges and rewards of maintaining fitness, making him a relatable and inspiring coach.

In addition to his fitness career, Saif has amassed over 20 years of experience in the ophthalmic equipment industry in the UAE, collaborating closely with top doctors in the field.
